Our service and sales experts will assess your needs and discuss with you your repair options. Sometimes a device is not worth fixing and is better off retired and replaced. If this is the case, we will let you know and provide a recommendation based upon your needs.

Diagnostic Service	$40	Diagnosing your system and checking to determine the cause of the problem.
Install Hardware	$50 / item	Hard drives, expansion cards, other peripherals and upgrades added into your computer
Operating System Wipe / Reload	$150	Include installation of Drivers, Antivirus, Updates and up to 3 software titles
Basic Clean/Tune-up	$75	Does not include removal of viruses, spyware, jacking tools or trojans. Max 1 hr.
Extended Clean/Tune-up	$75 / hr	Includes removal of viruses, spyware and malware. Max 2 hrs
Data Transfer	Variable	Transfer of data from a PC to PC or recovery of data when Operating System has to be reinstalled. Some restrictions apply. Contact technician for details.
Same Day Service	$35+	Cost may vary by technician. Same day service moves your work order to the first one in the queue. Same day does not denote a completion time, but rather a start time.
